You will be taken to the partner's website to shop as you would normally.

3. Earn CAA Dollars

When you check out, your CAA Dollars will be processed and added to your account within 90 days.

How do I sign in?

When you click on the "Shop now" button on an eStore offer page you will be prompted to enter your CAA membership number to continue. To collect your CAA Dollars on your purchase you must successfully sign in with your CAA membership before you make your purchase.

My CAA membership number is not working. What do I do?

Confirm that you have entered all 16 digits of your membership number as shown on your CAA Membership Card correctly. If you are still having issues, contact your local CAA Club representative info@atlantic.caa.ca for support.

How long does it take to post my CAA Dollars to my account?

Depending on the online store, it may take up to 90 days from the date of purchase for your CAA Dollars to appear. To check your CAA Dollar account balance, visit your local CAA Club website or contact your Club representative info@atlantic.caa.ca.

Who do I contact about my order?

If your order is wrong or is missing items, please contact the individual online store you made the purchase at.

Most stores have a "Contact Us" or "Help" link on their home page that provides an e-mail address, mailing address, fax and/or phone number.

If I returned something that I purchased, will I lose the CAA Dollars that I have collected on that purchase?

If you make a return for a credit, the corresponding amount of CAA Dollars you collected will be debited from your account. However if you exchange items for another size or a different colour and the purchase amount is unchanged, the CAA Dollars will remain posted to your account.
